   Does this also work with the Dawn of Skyrim Patch included in the JK's Redbag Solitude installer?

      This can be. I don't know because I don't use Dawn of Skyrim, but if DoS does not add objects in the same places the trees are and if the patch does not remove or change the same references, it may works also. Try and tell me ;-)

      I look at the screenshots and I'm pretty sure some trees will clip with DoS addons.

      I can confirm that this is the case, clipping with DoS items from the patch. It's just very minor clipping. A simple disable console command helps.
