Adding cooldowns isn't really an option. They could be converted to greater powers but then you could only use them once a day. They could be put into Shouts, but then they would also need Words of Power (WOOPs) which would end up making things far more complicated.
And the "elite" unit for the Call of Magnus is a spectral archmage that uses lightning-type spells just like how the elite Thieves Guild unit is a Nightingale Sentinel
I considered it. Had some ideas for the units too but they would require getting permission to use the assets from other mod authors which can be a bit of a hassle. So I don't have any plans for the Civil War as of now, but it's not completely out of the question.
This mod is really funny I wanted to experiment with this So I used add item mod to acquire magic I found additional equipment items "Dagger for throwing." CTD occurred when I used it Is Fnis absolutely necessary to make mod work? PS. Sorry for not speaking English - I used a translator

I'm not sure if this is possible, but can cooldowns be added to the spells? Also, any reason why the storm mage is called Archmage?

Also question will civil war factions be added in future like imperial and stormcloaks?

Not sure why the throwing knife caused a CTD -- it's just a staff
Do you intend to branch out into faction mods like vigilant?
