I saw this before, but didn't see much of it at the time. I'm looking to figure what I know of it into the character plot of my new playthrough (namely, as part of how my character loses respect for the Stormcloaks and decides the Empire is in the right), so I got back to looking it over.
In terms of making it more slum-like, did you ever think about adding skeevers at night or the occasional nameless Dunmer turning up dead? Just crossed my mind.

Do i need to download both zip's, coz one contains the .bsa, or is esm-Version all i need ?
What mods are incompatible with this one?
