Inspired by You have my ear, Citizen for Oblivion - whenever a guard guesses about someone stealing your Sweetroll, you are sure to notice one missing if you had it in your inventory.
There already is a mod that steals your Sweetrolls on the Nexus, however my mod does not add any new NPCs. I guess you could consider it a "lite" version.
