This is my first time creating a mod utilizing SPID. If you see anything that needs to be corrected, please let me know.

Does the shader apply to the player when drinking the filter of the phantom?

Does it apply to familiars? They're probably the only actor that should keep the original shader.

Edit: seems it does. Not applying the shader to the spectral dragon priests, familiars, and the animal spirits for Froki's quest would be nice. I did it myself for personal use.

You should be able to use both ini ideas to cover everything. Ill test it out, but it should work were you can have the lines from both of your ini files together in one file.

    Hi there,

    Quick question.

    Skyrim immersive Creatures have ghosts..

    Malevolent Bandit Ghost,Malevolent Draugr Ghost

I place the above (exactly like above) into the ini file that's correct yes ?

Thank you so much for this! It's cool that you included the ghosts from Lawless etc. but I also noticed that the new ghosts from the farming creation from AE are not covered. What exactly would I need to add to the Spid file to have them use the new shader as well?

@lacrotop +1 to this request. Also, if you don't mind, can you plz make a version that supports SPECTRE - The Ultimate Ghost Appearance Enhancement ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15958 ) instead ? Personally, I think that mod looks scarier

Thanks for pointing that out! I'll add them in an update as soon as I can. And to do it yourself, you'd just need to add their editor IDs into the list of the SPID file. It wouldn't take more than a couple minutes.

hi, is it normal that mods requiring the original ESP don't work anymore? i got the missing masters when i deleted the original ghost shadder mod.
i know SPID is the way to go but do i still need those patchs with the spid version at all?

the mod that requires the original ghost shadder: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/58910

Yeah that's totally normal. You can use any mods that edit the same NPCs (as long as they don't change their editor IDs), since SPID distributes the new shader to them without needing to change their records directly. So, as long as you only want the new visual effects, you shouldn't need any of your previous patches.

Thank you I have been wanting this for a while now, I also just wanted the shader alone, and now I have it thanks to lacrotop endorsed!
