It doesn't edit cells :) It uses cathedral rocky shores to replace the shores, riversides, etc grass files with rocks, and should work for basically any grass mod, It then forwards the records from that, and the base game's rocky grasses, and sets their density to 0. So it may give a performance increase of a few FPS as well in some areas if I had to guess.
The Folkvangr version just eliminates all the rocky grass from that mod as well.

It's something I've been trying to figure out how to do easily for a while while being able to affect nearly all grass mods, and I was using Cathedral Rocky Shores for a while to accomplish it to a degree. But, I had all the problems I explained in the mod description. I was just modding and patching some other stuff and thought of this, got this combo working, and boom, no more rocks or grass in any of the weird ugly places, even my mead! 😉
FANTASTIC. I'LL BE FOLLOWING AND ENDORSING. FOR ME IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT CATCH MY EYE. I'M NOT A MODDER SO TO SPEAK BUT I DO THEME BUILDS AND HAVE THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR ALL THAT GET DEEP INTO THE FILES TO FIX?CHANGE THINGS FOR THE BETTER. I CAN'T THANK EVERYONE ENOUGH.
