   It is saying I am missing the extended crossbow pack (ccffbsse002-crossbowpack.esl). A quick Google makes it seem like if you have Dawnguard installed, which I do as part of SE, this shouldn't be a problem. Can someone help me see what I am missing please?

      That is a Creation Club mod. If you have AE then it's included in the game. If not, you must purchase it from the Creation Club

   Ok, where do I find "Civil War Commanders - Extended"? I'm sure it's right under my nose, but I'm prone to looking right over stuff :/

      Ah. I'd really recommend offering those on the actual mod pages they relate to. If people are searching for Civil War mods, they'll never even see that page. At the very least you should probably link to it in the mod descriptions.

   I'd like to see all these little CW mods combined into a single plugin. Any idea if they can be safely merged with SSEdit?

      Make sure you use Civil War Commanders - Extended.esp and not use Civil War Commanders.esp and Civil War Extended.esp
      
      Also Make sure Civil War Uniforms.esp loads after Civil War Commanders - Extended.esp.
      
      Besides that they should merge fine.
