Can't remember the naming convention right now exactly as I am not playing atm, but it should be _NKEyes_F_LSESnow_RDERed. Also make sure you have the correct Heterochromia mod installed, there are two versions out there that work quite differently and I used the older one
The eyes are a different shape, also the heterochromia eyes wont fit, and the face shape is different and more squished, and yes i did select high poly head
Hey! I did some testing on a completely empty mod profile + different PC + even different game version and could not reproduce the bugs you encountered.
My only guesses are that a) you have a mod installed that creates some form of incompatibility (but this seems unlikely to me, haven't heard of any mod that does that to a RM preset) b) Racemenu messed up when you first loaded the preset and somehow overwrote the head sculpt file. My recommendation is to reinstall the preset, then open Racemenu, load the preset, open the sculpt tab and finally press f9 to select and import Ravennas proper face shape. Sorry for overexplaining, but some input error is the only thing I can think of at the moment.
About the eyes: Heterochromia eyes sadly have the problem to not "fit in" with regular eyes (at least in my experience). If you want to revert to other eyes they most likely will be misplaced etc. and would need some further sculpting. If the preset started with misaligned eyes it is most likely because it didn't automaticly find the heterchromia eyes and instead loaded in normal ones. In that case you need to manually select them. Thats a flaw in my preset and I don't know if there is any way to fix it ):

Hm. A RM preset causing CTD would be unlikely, but maybe we can troubleshoot. Do you use the Heterochromia Eyes or my optional eye mod? And do you use Vanilla Hair Remake with SMP or without? Have you installed it's requirement?
Sadly no. I don't have much time for gaming lately and want to take a break from Skyrim. The reason I uploaded the preset is to have some form of "peace", so I don't have any plans in doing any modding in the next time.
But the permissions for Ravennas preset are open, maybe someone else will take this project on
Very well done. The ears are particularly nice and the eyes are wonderful; thank you for including them as an optional download. I always want to play a Bosmer but have had difficulty finding presets I want to play long term. Thank you for sharing Ravenna with us.

Sadly I can't check for errors on my end at the moment as the newest Skyrim update completely sabotaged my modlist. I am currently rebuilding :/
