A small island off the coast of Raven Rock in Solstheim with a fungus home and crafting areas.
This is a nice place to sleep and drop off additional items. There is a fungus home with a bed and chest for storage. It has crafting areas and is a cool place to relax after a day of adventuring.
You WILL have to disable borders for Solstheim or use command "coc hermit" at the console. There is a boat at Raven Rock you can take to the Island, but you will still need your borders disabled to use the boat.
