Yeah, I don't get it. I didn't buy hats, but the girls still have them. I don't think it's your mod, though, because most other mods that add spells that I have act weirdly. I don't know what's the culprit yet. *sigh*
The child player can wear all things. A man player can wear all clothes except children's dresses. The female version of clothing uses men's meshes and if your player is a woman, then you can use fur capes, shoes, wreaths, etc.

It seems though kids wont wear any of the shoes, they barefoot.
