   I'm wondering if these delay changes will apply if you use Saints & Seducers Extended Cut?

      Probably not since extended cut removes the camps and the original creation club quest.
      (i would love it if the original quest was restored tho)

      Extended cut already has this restriction in place. I recommend reading mod descriptions.
