Yea it doesn't look compatible based on the pictures from that mod. The exterior portion of this mod would probably be fine, as long as the other mod doesn't add anything to the outside.
Is one of the rope festival lines in the theater too short for anyone else? The one in front in the "Improved Balcony Area" picture has one end floating in the air instead of touching the college.
