Hey, at least for me, the Riften Guard Fix does not work. The only solution to avoid the CTD when close to Riften is to delete the Riften Guard meshes. Even when I deleted the original meshes and replace them with the ones from the fix, the came still crashes.
Addition: There seems to be another issue between the sleeves from this mod and Capital Whiterun Expansion. The crash log pointed to "Erland the Stablemaster" and the Sleeves. I deleted the sleeves an no more CTD. It is really weird, that this little mesh causes so much trouble.
i could be wrong but ever since i started using sleeves i get a ctd and i got it narrowed down to diverse skyrim and guards with sleeves, im not sure if its this or the sleeves of skyrim i'm trying to just see if anyone else has the issue
yeah sorry for the late reply , https://pastebin.com/KrZ816Qf , i crashed about 3 times and it all had something do with stormcloaks sleeves, i didn't think about it but xavbio might add sleeves also but no one reported any ctds with it , maybe its because i have both that remesh and this one
it actually happened whenever i got near a guard after coc'ing to locations, it happened in whiterun, riften and windhelm, so i would assume the front gate guards? because thats generally where it happened, but i can definitely recreate the crash if you want me too, i just disabled diverse skyrim to fix the issue since i like the sleeves
I deleted the meshes for the riften guards and everything has been fine since. I'm sure it is my mod list that may be the problem but just in case wanted to post it to help anyone that may have the same problem.
oops I'm sorry half that message was cut off. wen outside of riften after I would exit the map it would crash to desktop so I found out after uninstalling the sleeve addon it would worked just fine. so, I just discarded the riften guard meshes sleeves and still use the rest of the guard sleeves and is fine now it could be a different mod in my list mixed with this that caused it but I'm not sure. I just wanted to post it here to help someone if they have the same problem. Thank you so much for all your sleeve addons I can never play the game without them ever lol.
I had an unrelated question. so I have most of your sleeve mods in my load order and will from always but when beyond Skyrim comes out one day would it be possible to make a patch that gives the unseeded armors to npc in warm parts of tamriel?
