Nazeem is now Immortal. If you kill him, he will respawn. Also there is a Nazeem Death Count to keep track.

So it happens every play through. I'm being good. Leveling, completing quests. Then I eventually hit that quest that I keep dying over and over on. After an hour or so of that I decide to give that quest a break and just head to Whiterun to restock supplies and chill. Along comes Nazeem and his harsh, snotty comments, and.. I can't help myself, I kill him. Then the whole town of Whiterun attacks me, and pretty soon, it is chaos that leads to reloading a save.
So I got to wondering, how many times I've killed Nazeem? This mod was born. I've added a death counter to our favorite merchant. Added an immortal power to respawn him when he gets killed, and even removed him from the Whiterun crime faction, so the guards won't care if you kill him... hes just going to respawn anyways!
Light ESP, doesn't take up a mod slot. Install with Vortex or MO.
If you save your game, the latest Nazeem death counter is saved too. If you exit the game without saving, it is lost (or uses the last value when you did save).
