SMIM's is the one I would pick out in a grocery store, but your version is definitely my favorite for Skyrim specifically. I know tomatoes are horribly anachronistic to begin with anyway, but it blends in a lot better.
Just a small issue. It seems you enabled Rim Lighting and Back Lighting flag, but you didn't link to a specific textures for that. As a result, under certain lighting, the tomato ends up glowing with a purple-pink tint, even when in the shades. I think it would be best to remove those two flags unless there's provided textures for that.
First tomato looks like something only Carlota Valentia would sell 'Remember, fresh fruit and vegetables every day! Mostly.' Second one looks more like a red apple. Third and fourth are ok, but fourth is the best looking in my opinion so you can imagine how happy I was.
