This is an amazing apartment. I've tried so many homes and this one is perfect. I extended the front deck and trellis and made a few adjustments to the interior with the CK (for my personal use only). Thank you for sharing your talents.
Excellent mod, and thank you very much for creating it, I'm enjoying it greatly. I was just wondering if all the containers are safe to use? Console says that some are respawning. Thanks again.
Already owned Honeyside though I didn't spend a lot of time there.
Thought I'd have a look at the garrett because it sounded interesting. Like everyone else, I've become a fan and spend far too much time in it. Love the whole layout though the attic is a little cluttered. But the bathroom and smelting pot certainly make up for it. A nice size without being too big, and everything is at the fingertips.
I have one small caveat though. The outside rail overlooking the canal is either too tall or too short for effectively shooting passersby (specifically Aerin) whilst in sneak mode. Otherwise 10/10 for the mod.
Hello - I just wanted you to know how much I love this mod. It is absolutely gorgeous while still being practical, small, non-immersion-breaking and cosy. I have now spent a fair amount of time in the Garret and have found so many small details that make me smile. Every time I go up those stairs after a few days of travelling/bandit patrol I still get a real feeling of returning home - not just to a place to dump my loot.Thank you for creating this enjoyable content!
Ahem! My unattached ladies enjoy this home quite a lot. (Bachelor describes a male, only. The female equivalent is spinster, which includes A negative connotation these days.)
That said, this is a splendid place for an unattached person. Ahh, a tub where you can soak! I like it a lot better than Honeyside. Riften isn't where you want to bring your spouse or raise children anyway.
So, you can use this home with Open Cities with a caveat. Open Cities provides an "AI Door" for the "closed" Riften (and other cities). In Riften after you enter the main gate where you get checked by the guard, turn left towards the alley gate. There is a rock on the ground on the left side of the gate, click the rock and you'll enter the "closed" Riften which is largely uninhabited. Go to the Riften Garret and discover the fast travel point. Afterwards, you don't need to go to the "rock" and you can fast travel to the front door as there is a map marker. If you then proceed to one of the gates or Mistveil Keep, you'll re-enter the Open Cities world etc. Or just fast travel somewhere else, Riften or anywhere else. The doors to the other interior cells are not functional (although I haven't tested every door in the city).
Thought folks would like this chance to use this neat home. It should be easy enough to make another entrance for Open Cities, which I'll do for my own use of this mod. BTW, you can also compact the form IDs and save as an ESL flagged ESP without any issues.
My favourite house mod yet. Its very simple and cozy, and I just keep coming back to it even after installing all sorts of extravagant player homes. Thought of finally trying out "Riften - Guild City Of Thieves" (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/30320), has anyone installed both yet? Are they compatible? Just wondering. edit: scrolled down, saw the previous post. Seems like a slight incompatibility. Ah well, lets just see...

Translations with only the plugin, yes, just message me.
But the whole mod... Nope.

Beautiful tiny loft, offers everything you need and also has lore background, that makes sense!
Thank you a lot for creating this, I love it.
