Sorry, I ended up finding a fix already. It was an issue with some collision preventing me from easily walking across the bridge in Narzulbur. Thank you for being willing to help though.
No problem. The bug happens with Majestic Mountains, whenever you try to walk across the bridge in Narzulbur you get stuck here:
You can easily jump over the bad collision, but NPCs and followers will often get stuck and it's pretty annoying. This mod here ended up fixing the issue for me.
I think this is a vanilla asset not touched by Majestic Mountains. Also you might have unnecessary ITMs left in the plugin, cleaning it removes them:
