I'm also not able to start the game with this mod installed. I'm new to these shaders so all I can report is that with Reshade and the Reshade Toggler, the game launches. But if I add your mod with root builder or directly to my root folder the game won't start. Maybe the issue is the options I'm supposed to select when initially installing Reshade? I wasn't certain which packages to pick so I randomly choose a few.

I'm using neither. I installed Community Shaders, Reshade 5.92 with full addon support and random addons selected, Reshade Toggler, Root Builder, then your mod.
Oh, I hadn't realized that. I thought from the description that this requires Reshade Toggler which required Reshade 5.92 with Full Addon Support and something in there also required Community Shaders. I didn't think I just needed this mod.
Update: I tried it without Reshade 5.92 with full addon support and it's working fine now. No more crash on startup and my game has never looked better. Thank you for your work on this!
Hey love the reshade looks great! I used your advice on the cs discord and when skyward reshade but didn't look exactly like how i wanted. I love this with nat3 weather, but what weather do you use in these screenshots?
hmmm something went funky... with your mod installed I could not start SKSE at all. so instead I just ran reshade with the shaders you chose. looks good :) I presume you've made some tweeks I'd be missing

You don't need to install anything, it has everything needed.
