Mesh improvements and retexture of vanilla Whiterun doors and main gate - no ESP

Simple mesh improvements like rounder handles, uv tweaks and environment mapped materials.
The meshes can be used with other retextures that use the vanilla texture as template, just overwrite this mod with the other textures.
The textures are a recoloring of upscaled vanilla textures by IconicDeath to match the Illustrious Whiterun of winedave.
The doors and gate are neither epic nor glorious they're an alternative or maybe replacer to some of them.
Added the whispering door, a vanilla texture version and a mesh only version, for the mesh only I've kept the environment map masks so that only the metal parts will shine.
