Hey DEEJMASTER333, indeed, many of us can, but some players ain't much into it, so it's nice when some modders like CarbonDice update some old mods like that for them.
And when it saves me the time to do it, I prefer downloading ESL/ESPFE. Anyway, I don't understand why modders wouldn't make them so right from the bat when it's possible in 2023, as many/most players have already huge LO since release anyway.
I guess for some of us, playing the game is more important than learning a new program such as xEdit and fiddling around in it. That's why we're mod users and not mod authors. But, to each their own.
