Hey Xtudo! Love these kitties! Question. In the requirements it has Mihail's mod listed. I'm currently downloading your mod to be able to pet these guys and I'm wondering if I need both the Mihail version and this version. Thanks
The cats look cute, but they literally walk 5 steps forward and then back and repeat on loop. Is this a bug with their AI? Shouldn't they instead roam the town or something?
Yes, that's how they work. Roam the town would require an advanced AI edit, causing a ton of conflicts for sure. My mod is an aesthetical patch only, you should ask about it on the original mod's page.
Huh, I don't know whats going on then, as for me, they are super loud and stompy. Must be a conflict somewhere then. Okay, cheers for letting me know. :)
Odd to see so many problems with petting the cats. I just installed this, without the petting patch, and I was able to add the cats as a small pet in Immersive Interactions just fine.
I fixed the problem with not being able to pet the kitties, but there seems to be a conflict with Ordinator, perks of Skyrim. when doing the shift e option, for some reason it blanks out the activate option, but not the speak with animals option. This means that I immediately get the cat as my follower. It comes with a release option, so there isn't a major issue, but it is annoying.
I can't get any cat petting. The option is greyed out in Immersive Interactions, and the Pet mod ESP is loaded after Immersive Interactions. I did get Immersive Interactions to switch on pet catting for one cat (which didn't do anything anyway) but once that cat was out of range, Immersive Interactions greyed out the cat petting line.
Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, DAK is installed. I use a controller, and so I went back in game. Shift E doesn't do anything, but Shift A (controller button A) fires a 3rd Person animation of petting. Looks like I'm OK after all, Sorry to have troubled you!
Hello, first I would like to thank you for your amazing mod. As someone asked before, when using the No collars version, only the grey color variant appears. I do have the main file and then No collars overwriting it, but I still see only grey cats. I checked the meshes and all the different colored cats point to the grey texture instead of the respective colors, I suspect that is the culprit. Otherwise it seems to work fine.
