Looks great! I like Uthgerd as a follower but have never been to her house. It might make a good "starter home." Is the bed here unowned, and is the storage safe?
I hadn't been in there myself either before making the mod, the cell is built as an NPC cell so only the containers that are safe by default would be safe here (mostly dressers and the like, there should be a list on the wiki). As for the bed, I think it is owned by Uthgerd, not sure what happens when she joins or marry you though.
