@sashascum Hi it's me again, could you plz tell me what the meaning of SubChar leveled list record meaning ? Example SubCharDraugr02Melee2HM that contains LCharDraugrMelee2HMale and LCharDraugrMeleeHelmet2HMale. Let's say I want to add a new modded Draugr NPC to the spawn lists of Draugr, should I add it to the 2 LChar records only, or I need to add it to the SubChar record as well ?
It means a nominal subcategory of a leveled character.
For your example, take vanilla Non-Player Character Actor in the left window. Press Ctrl, left click on LCharDraugrMelee2HMale [LVLN:0001E772] in the right window. Right click on the opened Leveled NPC in the left window 0001E772 <LCharDraugrMelee2HMale> select Copy as override into your new esp. Add modded draugr (copy a number) from Non-Player Character Actor section directly to the Leveled List Entries (sorted) to your Leveled NPC in your esp (right click on the empty square and select Add).
Answering your question add to the spawn lists. In theory, everything should work fine without creating a leveled characters. In the vanilla game there are different subcategories of draugr for better balance, think of them as mudcrab, wolf and sabre cat :) But I'm not an expert and I may be talking nonsense XD
@sashascum Really appreciated your hard support mah friend, luv yah ! <3 About the limit, I'm talking about the Leveled list entries in a single leveled list record( that will count whenever we add/remove new entries), not about the master limit of the plugin though.
Yes, limit 255 per record. This includes other record types as well.
As far as I know, it is possible to include a leveled list in another leveled list, but I don't know how to do it. And I wouldn't :) It would most likely cause errors like duplicating, etc. And it's also incredibly hard to keep track of changes in such monstrous records, and moreover to make new patches.
sashascum Hi, if you don't mind, could you plz tell me how can I do the same for Mihails Mods ? Currently his mod is only hand-placed as well but I want to add them leveled list instead !
No problem! You need to open the plugin in Creation Kit In the Cell View window under the World Space heading, select Tamriel or wherever the creatures are located Check the box next to Show only active cells In the right window find a small fellow - type Actor "Lvl...Creature to which we want to add a modded neighbor..." Right click on it, edit, write base object (eight digits)
Open the plugin in SSEEdit Insert (eight digits) in the FormID box and press Enter In the right window to the opened "Lvl...Creature to which we want to add a modded neighbor..." find the TPLT - Template section Press Ctrl, left click on "LChar...Creature to which we want to add a modded neighbor...[LVLN:(new eight digits)]" Right click on the opened "LChar...Creature to which we want to add a modded neighbor..." select Copy as override into Then <new file>.esp, somehow name it Under the heading ...somehow named.esp... select poor vanilla creature for the modded neighbor Opposite Leveled List Entries (sorted) right click on the empty square and select Add In the resulted change the values to the necessary Level, Reference ...another eight digits - ID of the modded neighbor from section on the left Non-Player Character in the plugin..., Count
Keep the game consistency for balance and in the name of sanity!
@sashascum Hi, it's me again, any chance you can make the same mod addition to this Tyrannosaurids - Prehistoric Planet T-Rex replacer ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/107807 ) ?
@sashascum Thanks for this great mod, exactly what I'm looking for. I always want them to spawn from the leveled list instead of hand-placed. Could you plz do the same to other mods of @Birbwalker21 as well ? It would be awesome !!!
There are some difficulties with this, where should they appear? Exploring the logic of each plugin would be very time-consuming. My logic is simple - take an ancient animal and place it with another ancient animal :) Even though the distance is 200 million years! And from here there are two problems, the number of local prehistoric animals in Skyrim is limited, if you add them to one record, you will most likely never meet them. And if creating new leveled lists, then the whole reason for doing this is lost. It's unlikely that giants would want to herd dinosaurs, for example XD I'm not creative enough for this task. But maybe someone can provide a good solution :)
