Hey, thanks for consistently putting out incredible mods. I was wondering if there was any way to make it so the conjured dremoras from Apocalypse by EnaiSiaion use these lines.
EDIT: Misinformation bro! This mod works out of the box with all Apocalypse Dremora summons! Not the Xivilai, though, idk, they might use a different race.
Incredible work casting and directing actors for this mod. Inspirational stuff when it comes to a similar mod project I've been chipping away at recently.
Hey there! I made a mod to do just that, let me know if it works or not, I wanted to fully test it in-game, but seeing a modder I so loved act so childish about something so simple made me mad.
"- Female demoras?!?! They shouldn't exist!!! And even if they did, they ought to be in the oblivion kitchen realm! Woah there, chill, friend, chill. Female dremoras have been a thing in past TES games. Also, I sincerely hope they kick your ass in-game."
I am a woman. Wanting something gone from your game doesn't mean you want people to "belong in a kitchen" or some other such nonsense. People just want to mod their game to enjoy it their own way, it's what's great about modding.
You're missing out 50% of the content added in this mod. The voice actresses did an amazing job and female dremoras have appeared in past games. They exist. They are warriors just like male dremoras. Bethesda was just being lazy. They literally created one dremora face to represent an entire species lol. If you want to remove 50% of the content added by this mod, and honestly, I'd argue some of the best lines, then go ahead, but the only one who is being childish is the one removing some of the best parts of this mod for apparently no good reason.
Not pathetic at all. That is what makes modding beautiful. Everyone can play the way they want to play without worrying about what randos on the internet think. I am pretty sure I give back to the community enough that I can be forgiven a silly or selfish request.
As for the logic of my thinking: I have no problem with female dremora existing, but I feel that they should be incredibly rare as per the lore. That is all. No hidden agenda we need to argue over and polarize over. Have a wonderful day.
Thank for your response jayserpa. I stopped playing Skyrim not too long after this due to the update that killed many script mods. Hopefully when I come back I will give this a try and see what the balance is.
I fought through the oblivion realm during the war. I remember how rare female dremora are. I heard there was one in Oblivion though? I read something like that even though I never actually met one. Shouldn't they be super rare like 1 to 100 and not 1 to 1? Please correct me if I am wrong.
I would like to add that ESO has increased the amount of female dremora one would encounter (UESP Wiki has a list of them).
I also checked if ESO is considered canon and based on their twitter/X post, it is.
I would say previous games simply did not care to add more female dremora because they saw no reason to. I did search and there is no official lore rule stating female dremora are rare.
I get some people probably already made their headcanons based on the older TES content but canon and lore has always been quite permissive with this universe (at least from my own experience).
Wanted to ask as well. I found this in another comment (thanks Filp639) and will come back later to confirm if it works:
"The load order I got to make it work was additional dremora first, zims dremora 2nd, then the additional dremora patch for zims, then last dremora lines. Hope this can help others!"
Update: I used console commands to spawn a couple of dremora with the above setup, they had the new faces and new voices too. Only problem is that it seems even the vanilla dremora lost their bound weapons when using Morrowloot Miscellania - Dremora Bound Weapons, maybe it can be patched but I don't mind that much as of right now.
Excellent as always jayserpa, your dedication and passion is commendable! Just a question, why is it required to donwload new Dremora faces if this mod just adds dialogue lines? Can it not work without it?

I am guessing it would be any easy fix as long as we didn't mind missing out on the extra lines attached to those specific faces.

This is just an esp file that replaces the one from this mod, it has all the requirements of the original mod, happy gaming! :3
Like, either learn how to do it yourself or suck it up, but showing up in the comments without even a please or a thank you is pretty low
