She starts at level 1 and will level with you until you reach 100. For me this was enough because I usually get bored before I get that high
No perks. If I would have thought about it I would have added Lightfoot. I find that a lot of the available perks are very OP and given the way leveling is handled in Skyrim I don't want a protector but a partner. If you want to suggest one or two I'll consider them. No spells for the same reason. I'll probably go back and add healing hands though.
Not ESP-FE because I haven't decided if I am done working on her. Something I meant to add but forgot this time was a spell and spell tome to teleport her to you

She has an imperial bow and glass arrows. No other weapons
(When you eventually do an ESPFE version, I want to add her to my game. Nearly all my slots are full.)
