Changes EVGAT's Magic Effects from a Heal to an Attack Speed increase to fix an issue with Floating Damage

EVG Animated Traversal uses a Heal over Time Magic Effect with no magnitude to track which animation OAR/DAR should play.
Floating Damage picks this up and displays it as a green "+" with no number, this happens during every EVGAT animation.

This is a simple ESPFE patch that changes EVGAT's Magic Effects to an Attack Speed increase(also with no magnitude) to prevent that.

Compatibility shouldn't be an issue, I have a bunch of EVGAT marker patches installed and none of them touch the Magic Effects.
