If you're fine with me cropping the frames to fit with 21:9 screen resolutions, then sure. :P
[In all honesty, I think its doable after thinking about it for a bit, let me just consult with my brain to see if it'll agree on taking the time to do this.]
*GASP* look at what happened after you have commented.

Thank goodness that the only thing that is lit up is the logo itself and that it doesn't take up the entire frame, without having anything else present on the frame. Hopefully it looks as if its a native 21:9 frame. :)
This will take a bit of time, I gotta repeat this process approximately 137 times to cover all frames.
I have uploaded the 21:9 version under the Files tab. I have made sure its encoded properly, but I cannot guarantee if Bink will allow 21:9 playback in-game.
Eugh. I believe Bink strictly supports 16:9 and nothing else in that case. Could explain why no modern games that uses Bink, ships with 21:9 Bink videos.
I do believe this is entirely supported with other video codecs like H264. Oh well. Thanks for letting me know.
From my experiment, it doesn't seem doable, at least for this game. And it's to be expected since Bink was designed for 16:9 video playback. I have seen another mod for Mass Effect that introduces 21:9 support to the FMVs (from the looks of the screenshots, the frames were zoomed into a 21:9 frame size, before cropping out bits of the frame that wouldn't show).
Every game's implementation of Bink is different, some are wonky, some are pretty decent. Due to this, something from another game that worked, may not work for all games (take 60 FPS FMVs as an example).
EDIT: It may have been a *me* problem. I will upload another iteration of the UW Bethesda Logo soon after I have finished encoding to Bink.
Could either one of you test the newer version of the Ultrawide Bethesda Logo? I have previewed the Bink video and it does seem to look "normal" rather than being squished. It's under "Optional Files". 4K Ultrawide (21:9) is rendered at 5120x2160, let me know if this is wrong cos I do not own a 21:9 monitor.
Wow, I have totally miscalculated the resolutions in that case (doing an all-nighter probably contributed to that). Thanks for informing me about the 21:9 resolutions, I'll make the final adjustments and will reupload right after.

There are plenty 21:9 Logo Videos out there, but none in good quality...
"you're my only hope!"

The 4k one is stretched and the 8k one is off to the right and not in 21:9
Thank you so much for trying though !!

Ultrawide Resolutions are the following
these are all calculated using
I also have experience is video editing
these are the most common 21:9 ratios
FHD UW is 2560x1080
4K UW is 4320×1800
5K UW is 5120x2160
6K UW is 6880×2880
7K UW is 7680×3200
8K UW is 8640×3600
10K UW is 10240×4320
I have uploaded the correct resolution 4K/8K 21:9 Bethesda Logo under Files.
you forgot the 1440 version
3440 x 1440
