A high elf woman staying in Falkreath. She is a former Thalmor justiciar who served under Ondolemar in Markarth. She lost her position after a gruesome incident in which she got used as a scapegoat by her superiors. She still wears her justiciar robes and hopes to regain her former position once the incident is forgotten.

    Interesting NPCs? Is there an option to fight her or to make her see some sense? I want her to know that there is ZERO excuse for killing children.
