as for dress, due to author's permission, sadly can't, but hopefully things will change? haha I've been asked few times and that face preset is available from this mod Pandorable's Preset https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/90802 since it's jslot so you just need to manual download and install either manually or using mod manager via import or similar feature and the permission states that can't used for follower mod but you can use it on your own character :) I just change makeup etc without further editing
