This was one of my less popular presentations but a river runs through it and it remains one of my favorites for that reason alone.
And yes, Christmas will be here before we know it, ready or not, here we come.

Secondly, it's great to see you're being part of the 13th theme. Landscape sceneries are not always something for everyone - not for captures at least - but to me, it's how it all started and such images need to get some spotlight too among the mass of general female poses here at Nexus. It's also a completely different kind of approach when doing landscapes compared to characters, as I believe the composition is even more important. Sometimes we just see something pretty and simply take a quick shot of it, but that's when we need to take the time and really fulfill the best of possibilities to make the scene excel beyond the normal. But again, I have a big heart for landscapes, so maybe I'm a bit biased regarding this...
Thank you also for the kind words about my event. It's closing in on a full year now, since I started this in February. At first I wasn't sure people would be up for the idea, but the praise I've received has been remarkable. I've had topshot screenarchers say they're still around for this event only, and since I still have quite a list of ideas to pick from, I hope the event will keep running smoothly for a while longer.
Wishing you all the best for the Holidays too, my dear, and that's indeed a grand tree made by Daniel. I wasn't too surprised though when I read it was his creation. That man has some mad skills at staging and the patience of an angel!

I love the colorful Aspens in the day scenes the moving water looks better in the night shots and I have always loved the contrast of night lighting.

My landscapes don't really compare with the mastery of the LE veterans but Boris has made great progress with the 64 bit ENB for SE so we are hopeful that one day we will playing on a comparable playing field.
