I know you are a very caring person but when you lose your job without just cause then you have to recognize it for what it is and move on.
My daughter has had similar job experiences with poorly managed businesses.
As I suggested to her, do a thorough internet search for well managed businesses in your area.
Talk to friends/associates and try to get referrals to companies that treat their employees well.
Look into local and state government jobs. They usually pay less than comparable positions but offer better benefits.
Look for work from home/online opportunities. There are many available for customer service support, etc.
But most of all convey a positive attitude even when you struggle to show it.
Good employees are hard to come by and I know you can be a valuable employee for the right business.
