      Do you mean Maven of Vertigrun?  If Maven, I have no sympathy for her.  If you mean Vertigrun, well, it started out as survival a la Jean Valjean and then "She came in through the bathroom window . . . She could steal but she could not rob . . ."

      Vertigrun is the first character I'm trying to roleplay as a thief - to get sneak, lockpick and pickpocket to 100.   Sneak and lockpick are useful outside of thievery, of course, but I think she's the first character for whom  I ever selected a perk in the pickpocket tree.

      Thank you.   I have played the Thieves Guild quest to completion before, but i never really role-played it as a thief (sneaking, lockpicking, pickpocketing, etc.).  I'm trying it out with Vertigrun.

    Love the concept of the set and the idea of Maven being someone so great and full of power being lonely, powerless and small in front of her own existence, when she is alone and there is no one else to impress.

      Thanks!   Cutting yourself off from caring about others, like Maven did, results in a very lonely existence - no matter the wealth or power.
