An imperial alchemist living in Windhelm. He is the apprentice of Nurelion, a high elf master alchemist who opened up the shop called "The White Phial" while in search for an ancient artifact of the same name. Most of the time, Quintus silently observes Nurelion's work and brews healing tonics for his master's rapidly declining health.
