Edit: I've tried removing the Bethesda logo by leaving it blank in the .ini, but it doesn't work, the game freezes on the Alduin image and after a while the Dovahkiin song plays as if the start menu had actually loaded. Reverted to 1.1.15 version, all works fine again
Do you have optional shaders installed in a different mod folder and forget to update those?
By using DLSS mode, upscaling, in Skyrim game screen gets to a lower resolution as on picture.
