Will this mod cause thieves to steal items from my house?
No, items stored in your house are perfectly safe as always.   This mod is purely cosmetic and intended primarily for roleplaying purposes. 

Will this work with mods that change or add items to the cities?
Probably, but it depends on the extent of the changes.  Improved Shadowmarks will work fine alongside mods that add flora or extra clutter to the cities.  Some of the newly placed flora/clutter may hide a few of the shadowmarks, but generally the mod  should still work as intended.  However, mods that make significant changes to the location or placement of the major buildings may not be compatible with Improved Shadowmarks.

Will this work with Open Cities?
No.  The texture improvements will work with Open Cities, but the changes made to the location and position of the Shadowmarks will not. 

Will this work with texture replacers?
Yes.  The shadowmarks are separate objects and will just overlay whichever texture you're using for the buildings.  If you are using a different texture replacer for the shadowmarks themselves, then simply allow those textures to overwrite the textures included in Improved Shadowmarks.
