I am thinking about making a separate optional download of a premade ini that contains predefined Perks and Spells with a reasonable value, since i figured adding those perks might be difficult to do for everyone.

Being said, I need your guys suggestions for perks and their value to add.

If you are unsure about whether the effect is a spell or a perk, simply fill in with "?"

If the perk/spell is from the base game, just fill Mod name & link with "skyrim"

Please comment only spells that can be active on an actor (player). Do not post spells that you can cast, like the fire spell.
