Here's a list of the changes I've made to the outfits and weaponry of several NPCs. My general approach when making these changes was to keep things believable within the world of Skyrim. All of the unique armors and clothing are either mash-ups or edits of vanilla gear and use your game's own textures wherever possible. Jarls and court wizards from the less illustrious holds won't be dressed as extravagantly as their counterparts in Whiterun or Solitude but they'll still be unmistakably grandiose. Stewards will cycle through several appropriate outfits & court wizards will have a random chance to lower their hoods so you can actually see their updated appearances.

If you're using the appearance-only version, none of these changes or unique armor sets are included as part of the mod so you can ignore the following information if you so choose.

Haafingar (Solitude)

  • Elisif the Fair wears the Queen Consort's Finery paired with a Gold and Ruby Circlet. Her clothing incorporates pieces of Elven armor to signify her capitulation to the Thalmor.
  • Sybille Stentor wears the Diviner's Guise, a set of Breton mage robes.

Whiterun

  • Balgruuf the Greater will cycle through a few variants of the Noble Clothes paired with a Gold and Ruby Circlet.
  • Irileth dons a set of Elven armor and wields a matching sword.
  • Farengar Secret-Fire wears the Ritualist's Raiment, a set of well-tailored mage robes.

Eastmarch (Windhelm)

  • Wuunferth the Unliving wears the Occultist's Garb and matching headdress. Draped in black and crowned in bone, it's not a wonder why some residents of Windhelm suspect him of being the Butcher.

The Rift (Riften)

  • Laila Law-Giver wears the Fur-Trimmed Cloak and a set of Silver Earrings.
  • Unmid Snow-Shod now wears a set of Steel Armor. I didn't think it made sense to have an avid supporter of the Stormcloaks wear Elven Armor.
  • Wylandriah wears the Ritualist's Raiment.

The Pale (Dawnstar)

  • Skald the Elder wears a set of fur-mantled Noble Clothes paired with a Copper and Moonstone Circlet.
  • Jod now wears a padded fur coat atop his cuirass for additional protection.
  • Madena wears the Spellweaver's Robes.

The Reach (Markarth)

  • Igmund wears the Deep-Dweller's Diadem and wields a Dwarven Sword and Shield.
  • Faleen wears Dwemer Brigandine and wields a Dwarven Sword and Shield.
  • Calcelmo dons the Head Researcher's Robes and matching boots. He now wields a Dwarven Dagger.
  • Aicantar dons the Junior Researcher's Robes and matching boots.

Falkreath

  • Siddgear wears a set of fur-mantled Noble Clothes along with the Cervine Circlet, an antlered crown representing Falkreath's heraldic charge.

Hjaalmarch (Morthal)

  • Idgrod Ravencrone dons Mourner's Clothes along with the Mystic's Circlet and matching hood.
  • Falion wears the Spellweaver's Robes.

Winterhold

  • Korir wears the Fur-Trimmed Cloak paired with a Silver and Sapphire Circlet.
  • Thaena now wears a set of quilted Noble Clothes so she's less likely to be mistaken for the maid.
  • Malur Seloth will cycle through several variants of the Dunmer Outfit.
