Ice Lance: Destruction Apprentice

Deals 25pt of frost damage to health and half that to stamina.

Upgrades:
* Replenish: increases magicka recovery for 5 sec.
* Arctic Grasp: decreases target frost resistance 20% for 10 sec.
* Frostbite: deals damage-over-time for 8 sec. Target takes extra damage from frost spells during this time.
* Howling Wind: chance to slow the target 50% for 5 sec.
* Cold Snap: chance to freeze the target for 5 sec. 10 sec. cooldown.
* Ice Shear: deals triple damage to frozen targets.
* Deadly Shards: explodes on impact, causing damage to nearby targets.
* Chilled to the Bones: decreases target's attack speed by 30% for 10 sec.
* Rage of the North: chance to increase caster's spell damage by 30% for 10 sec.
* Shatter: chance to instantly kill frozen targets.


Frost Bomb: Destruction Adept

Turns the target into a living bomb, taking 8pt frost damage per sec. for 6 sec., and then exploding.

Upgrades:
* Ice Charge: increase damage and magicka cost of your frost spells by 25% for 10 sec.
* Wrath of the North: increase your physical damage by 25% for 10 sec.
* Biting Cold: increases periodic damage from Frost Bomb by 50%.
* Arctic Snap: when Frost Bomb explodes, consumes Ice Charge and increases chance to trigger Cold Snap by 50% for the next 10 sec.
* Winter's Grasp: when Frost Bomb explodes, consumes Ice Charge and re-applies Frost Bomb to the target.
* Howling Blast: instantly explodes if cast at a frozen target, dealing extra damage and staggering nearby targets.
* Numbing Cold: decreases target's attack and spell damage by 20% for duration.
* Crystallize: decreases target armor to zero for duration.
* Absolute Zero: decreases target frost resistance to zero for duration.
* Ice Flow: applies Frost Bomb to all enemies within 10 ft. of the target.


Ancient Lich: Conjuration Adept

Summons an Ancient Lich for 60 sec.

Upgrades:
* Bound Soul: increases health of lich by 3% per level.
* Symbiote: increases magicka of lich by 3% per level.
* Ghostly Power: increases lich spell damage by 1% per level.
* Frost Cloak: gives the lich the Frost Cloak spell.
* Ice Storm: gives the lich the Ice Storm spell.
* Ghostly State: makes the lich immune to physical damage, but twice as vulnerable to magical damage.
* Vengeful Soul: lich explodes upon death, dealing frost damage to all nearby enemies and staggering them.
* Icy Resonance: whenever the lich casts a spell, restores 10-15 magicka to you.
* Ice Surge: whenever your magicka drops below 20%, drains 10 health per sec. from the lich and restores 10 magicak to you.
* Deadly Collusion: increases your spell damage 15% while lich is active.


Frost Armor: Alteration Apprentice

Protects the caster with 100pt of Frost Armor for 60 sec.

Upgrades:
* Mage of the North: increase frost resistance by 50%.
* Cryostasis: increases the duration of undead summons by 100%.
* Winter's Gift: increases your spell damage 0.5% per level.
* Synergize: increases your magicka by 3 per level.
* Icy Gale: whenever you cast a spell, increases your speed by 25% for 5 sec. 10 sec. cooldown.
* Frost Affinity: whenever hit by a spell, restores 14-18 magicka and stamina.
* Arctic Chill: whenever hit by a spell, freezes the attacker for 5 sec. Shares a cooldown with Cold Snap.
* Ice Blow: chance to deal 25-40 damage to attacker when hit.
* Cold Touch: chance to slow attacker by 50% for 5 sec. when hit.
* Frost Barrier: if your health drops below 15%, protects you with a shield that negates all damage for 5 sec. 30 sec. cooldown.


Winter Woe: Destruction Expert

Does 8pt/sec. frost damage for 12 sec., over a 40ft area (like a weaker version of Blizzard). 

Upgrades:
* Exposure: Reduces frost resistance by 50% for all targets.
* Blinding Snow: Renders the caster invisible for the duration.
* Biting Cold: Damage and casting cost increased by 25%.
* Icy Ground: All targets have chance to lose their footing and stagger.
* Exhaustion: All targets, and the caster, are drained of stamina.
* Piercing Cold: Physical attacks do 10pt of additional frost damage.
* Deathly Stillness: Deals double damage to frozen targets.
* Glacial Ice: Applies Glacial Fortress to the caster.
* Icy Tomb: Chance of freezing each target, checked once when the spell is cast.
* Wind Caller: Increases duration by 50%.


Glacial Fortress: Alteration Expert (lesser power)

Encases the caster in invulnerable (but immobile) ice for 10 sec., to provide a respite from combat while slow-acting spells or summoned allies wear down the opposition. Some upgrade effects linger for a while after the main effect wears off. There is a 3 min. cooldown.

Upgrades:
* Recovery: Increases magicka recovery by 100% for the duration.
* Recuperation: Increases health recovery by 100% for the duration.
* Respite: Increases stamina recovery by 100% for the duration.
* Grinding Progress: Slows nearby targets by 50% for 20 sec. afterwards.
* Enfolding Ice: Increases magic resistance by 50% for 20 sec. afterwards.
* Deep Winter: Reduces cooldown from 3 min. to 2 min.
* Arctic Roar: Cuts shout recovery time in half, for the duration.
* Crushing Ice: Increases frost spell damage by 50% for 20 sec. afterwards.
* Permafrost: Increases the chances of Cold Snap by 50% for 20 sec. afterwards.
* Glacial Touch: Applies Frost Cloak to the caster.
