Stormstrike
: Destruction Apprentice

Charges the target, causing 8pt of shock damage per sec. for 6 sec.

Upgrades:
* High Voltage: deals extra damage equal to 5% of current magicka on each tick.
* Electrify: decreases target shock resistance by 30% for duration.
* Static Drain: burns up to 10 magicka per tick, causing the same amount of damage.
* Pulsation: chance to stagger the target on each tick.
* Discharge: chance to disarm the target on each tick.
* Purge: deals extra damage to summoned targets, equal to 20% of current magicka.
* Refraction: when target takes damage from your shock spells while affected by Stormstrike, restores 20-30 magicka to you.
* Charged Atmosphere: decreases shock spell magicka cost by 25% for 8 sec.
* Supercharge: if target dies under Stormstrike, increases shock damage by 50% for 10 sec.
* Storm Shard: if target dies under Stormstrike, awards a storm shard, which may be used by other Electromancer spells.


Lightning Strike: Destruction Adept

Strikes the target with lightning, causing 50pt of health damage and half that to magicka.

Upgrades:
* Ionization: chance to strike the same target twice.
* Jolt: knockdown the target. 30 sec. cooldown.
* Magnified Charge: deals 38-45 extra damage to distant targets.
* Storm Blast: explodes on impact, causing shock damage to nearby targets.
* Magnetic Charge: instantly draws the target to you. Does not work on dragons and giants, and the target must be at least 30 ft. away.
* Grounding: deals 45-68 extra damage to targets wearing heavy armor.
* Squall: deals 30-40 extra damage to targets affected by Stormstrike.
* Raging Skies: increases damage by 25% while outdoors.
* Electrocute: instantly kills an enemy with less than 25% health, consuming a storm shard.
* Chain Lightning: strikes the target with Chain Lightning.


Storm Armor: Alteration Adept

Imbues the caster with electricty, increasing shock resistance by 30% for 60 sec.

Upgrades:
* Lightning Conductor: reduces cost of shock spells by 15%.
* Concussive Blast: when hit by a power attack, knocks the attacker back. 15 sec. cooldown.
* Obscured Visibility: gives 40% chance of negating a ranged attack.
* Lightning Field: restores 12-16 magicka every 3 sec.
* Ride the Wind: increases movement speed 50% outside combat.
* Static Barrier: when affected by movement impairing effects, decreases magic damage taken by 50% for 5 sec.
* Microburst: radiates a wave of electricity when you get hit, causing shock damage to all nearby enemies.
* Avatar of Storm: increases shock damage by 25%, increases Stormstrike duration by 4 sec.
* Gathering Storm: has a chance to award a storm shard whenever you cast a shock spell.
* Sudden Strike: strikes the nearest enemies with chain lightning while active.


Skyfall: Destruction Expert

Causes 50pt shock damage to all targets in a 20 ft. radius.

Upgrades:
* Thunderstorm: increase explosion radius by 10 ft.
* Lightning Burst: double damage if landing from maximum height.
* Phase Shift: decrease damage taken by 50% for 4 sec. upon landing.
* Thunderfury: staggers nearest enemies upon landing.
* Vanquish the Weak: paralyze enemies with less than 50% health for 3 sec., with a 20 sec. cooldown.
* Cascade: deals extra 35-135 damage to enemies within 10 ft.
* Polarization: applies Stormstrike to all affected targets.
* Recharge: restores 10-15 magicka per affected target.
* Stormbringer: when hit while channeling Skyfall, strikes the attacker with lightning.
* Cyclone: decreases the casting cost of Stormstrike and Lightning Strike by 50% for 10 sec. upon landing.


Electric Charge: Destruction Adept

A spell that sneakily applies an electric charge to the target, which you can later discharge with a separate hotkey.

Upgrades:
* Amplify: Increases the damage by 100% if you hold the discharge key for 3 sec. Requires a storm shard.
* Superconductor: Decreases the target's shock resistance by 33% for 10 sec on discharge.
* High Voltage: Stuns the target for 3 sec on discharge. Requires a storm shard.
* Chain Reaction: The discharge triggers uncontrolled electric bursts that hit anyone near the initial target.
* Deadly Pulsation: Chance to instantly kill the target. Does not work on targets with more than twice the caster's total health.
* Electrification: Applies Stormstrike on discharge.
* Oscillation: Increases the discharge damage by 5% per each storm shard you have in your inventory.
* Unleashed Storm: If killed by Electric Charge, the target will explode in 5 sec, causing massive damage to anyone nearby.
* Storm Surge: If the target has been killed by Electric Charge, restores 25 to 40 magicka to the caster.
* Cyclonic Fury: If the target has been killed by Electric Charge, awards a storm shard.


Stormgate: Alteration Adept

Creates a mystical portal at the caster's location for 60 sec. Upon pressing the hotkey (default: G), teleports the caster to the portal. There is a 10 sec. cooldown between translocations.

Upgrades:
* Storm Shield: Grants you immunity to magic for 4 sec after translocation.
* Negation: Grants you immunity to physical damage for 4 sec after translocation.
* Swift Recharge: Healing spells cost nothing for 5 sec after translocation. Consumes a storm shard.
* Enhanced Mind: Electric spells cost nothing for 5 sec after translocation. Consumes a storm shard.
* Shocking Pulse: Briefly stuns anyone in the area you translocated from.
* Tempest Spawn: Spawns a magical beast at your current position. The spawn will fight for you for 10 sec, taunting all nearby enemies.
* Resonance: Causes your next Electric Charge to deal an additional 50% damage. Only works if cast within 5 sec after translocation.
* Annihilation: Electrocute does not require a storm shard to trigger, and works on targets with 35% health or less. Only works if cast within 5 sec after translocation.
* Equilibrium: On translocation, restores mana and stamina equal to 10% of your total amount of mana and stamina multiplied by your Storm Affinity. Consumes a storm shard.
* Straying Gateway: Pressing the hotkey within 5 sec after translocation, moves the stormgate to your initial position.
