Are you saying this is compatible? Or incompatible?
Edit: Found Relighting Skyrim SSE - No Player Homes if it helps anyone

Anyone know if this has issues with realistic water 2?

Yes, it does. I've only looked at a small area upstream of Riverwood so far, but I already found at least one water seam caused by a conflict between these mods.

I wonder why Relighting Skyrim is editing water.

It's not editing water, it editing lighting in worldspaces. RWT makes most of its edits in Worldspaces, both edit the root records. Load RWT after. Load RWT after almost everything, it will conflict with tonnes of stuff.

Haven't the absolute foggiest idea how people are using ELE, RS with CRF and JK's with no problems what-so-ever. I get nothing but light sources appearing and disappearing when looking around in JK orientated interiors. I've been combating this for a week or more now just constantly getting grief with it no matter what light mod I remove. Now I am down to two. But I am hella confused as, well... Everybody else seems fine with ELE, RS and CRF, oh and JK's. So not sure what's going wrong, gonna try auto clean with xEdit. See if that helps with the directional lighting issue. It's a royal arse pain it is. lol

EDIT 1: Gonna update JK's Interiors Patch Collection, and see if there's any new patches for me since I've tweaked my game more since last week, that's probs a good start.

EDIT 2: Not sure if that patch collection's gonna work considering I am seeing the flickering in Sleeping Giant Inn, might have to try cleaning.

Should be compatible with the Exterior Relighting Skyrim Mod though, since Lux only edits interiors.

Anyone know of any compatibility issues with JK's Interiors?

EDIT: Nvm, did some testing on my own & it looks like some work just fine while others seems to have missing candles with phantom lights, etc. Temple of the Divines has several issues, but Palace of Kings, Dragonsreach, Bannered Mare & Temple of Kynareth looked okay to me. Ditto for all the Riften overhauls.

"Luminosity Lighting Overhaul - The Cathedral Concept (v3.1; 4+ is not compatible)"
Just out of curiosity for safety's sake, what if you use Luminosity with Relighting Exteriors only?
(I'm using that had decent interiors, when applied ENB some interiors became way too dark IE: Hearthfire - which most mods don't cover, so I'm not sure, probably it's just because it's still using vanilla light)

      Says this in the description:
Finally, this version is designed around the use of the following mods:

      • ENB Lights
      • ENBSeries
      • A customized version of Cathedral Minimalist ENB? was use for testing (original processing used). Luminosity v3.1? provided the lighting templates. Fire in shots is Embers XD (HQ/Orange).
... Is it really not compatible?
