The only change is "bVolumetricLightingEnable" from 0 to 1. You can turn volumetric lighting on and off by yourself with this setting. As your .ini file is personal, and contains references to your .esp, .esm, and .bsa files, you have to do this by yourself if you have any other mods installed. The ini file supplied by this 'mod' also doesn't contain the comments that are useful to new users.
I assume you have a modded Switch. So check out this page that has the files you need to get started: https://github.com/Lord-Akkrand/Skyrim-NX-Toolkit/wiki/Installing-Mods Replace the 'atmosphere' folder with whatever CFW you have like 'sxos'. This might sound silly but, do i have to have a modded Nintendo Switch to get this to work? I have played Skyrim across many platforms and enjoyed the many mods available throughout the years for skyrim! Since i have never really played Skyrim vanilla i figured the switch version would be a great opportunity to do that.
Any other mods similar to this one for Skyrim Switch that enhance the visuals, sound, etc like this one but do not take away the vanilla gameplay?
Not much... At least if you don't add any other mods with it. There's a bit of computing power left when runing skyrim that mods can use, but add a couple more intense ones and you're pretty much pushing the switch beyond it's hardware

Thanks in advance.
