When I enter the drunken huntsman with this mod in my game the entire game Just crashes would you know why this could happen

  Might be caused by a mod conflict. You could try fooling with your load order. Notepad++ your plugins file and move her esp closer to the bottom then update your Skyrim ini's to reflect the esp's new order for the bsas
