Find the books, HOLDS OF SKYRIM and THE BEAR OF MARKARTH.
Reading the book THE BEAR OF MARKARTH will move the over the shoulder camera down incrimentally on each read.
Reading the book HOLDS OF SKYRIM will reset the over the shoulder camera to the default position.
As a bonus, another book in the game is now worth ten thousand septims. Happy hunting!
This mod allows the camera to be adjusted prior to flower girls scenes, since the animations use the over shoulder camera position on start.
