Genesis unleashed will:1) Automatically populate with leveled encounters.any new dungeon from any mod or dlc, even if a patch for Genesis has not been created. 2) It uses dungeon type to determine appropriate enemies to spawn.

Adds the means to pay for travel from Winterhold. Not even with a house can you add a carriage there. The mod lets Faralda (you first meet her at the bridge when the player is tested) offer teleportation services for a fee. The farther away the location the higher the fee.

Same as original but 102 npcs instead of 189. In general, adds more people to cities towns and villages while having a lighter impact on performance and load.
