Not too much information has been given out on the DLC pack, but we do know that it will increase the level cap by five and your equipment will not be stripped at the beginning of the DLC’s questline.
When asked about “Lonesome Road”, creative director of Obsidian Entertainment, Chris Avellone, had this to say:
Lonesome Road is a bit different. As the name suggests, it's more a road that leads to an end destination (though not like any road you may have seen before), so it's structured a bit differently - you can travel it, and come back anytime you want. You can also return to it after the adventure is over.
“Lonesome Road” will cost 10 USD or 800 Microsoft Points.

and yeah this is sort fo old news.. but it must be news for someone somewhere so.
