Very minor bug fixes + merged with Loki Scepter fix. (you can download all the retextures from the SSE mod page and use them as normal)

some of the spells did not benefit from the respective perks. if you want them to this version should change that. it's a separate file because i'm unsure if it's a bug or if it's intended. it's also standalone,so you don't need to download original file.
