So, I install everything by the instructions(drop the .dll and enbhost to skyrim directory, then your mod files) - but I CTD after Bethesda logo. Any idea why?
Hi! This ENB looks awesome. I'm using Verve ENB at the moment and its features are stunning but it eats up a good chunk of fps outdoors. Is there any way I can jump into this enb while keeping Aurelia weathers and RLO?

Or maybe point me in the direction of how could I make it look better myself?

If your PC can handle AO though, you can probably run a number of presets that are far superior to mine. I made the Gritty preset with performance in mind foremost. If you mean the Cinematic preset, I plan to upload a Quality edition for that soon. That will have AO, SSS, ENB Water, and Godrays enabled.
If you want to manually edit the settings, you can use these for a subtle AO.
You da man playing the game, so you decide if you need it. I tend to go for stronger and more perceptible settings these days (my logic is that if I do use it, it should justify the framerate dip). My latest, Xiphos ENB has that kinda SSAO setting. Edit: I misread your question. Yes, you need to enable AO from there.
I have an issue and I've been searching for a remedy for weeks now but to no avail. My issue is that night fog/mist makes my game very bright. I tried turning off the enb and that fixes the issue. I also tried checking the "ignoreweather" in the environment and sky section in the enbseries.ini and that fixes it. However is there a way to fix this without using "ignoreweather"?
EDIT: Switched to Aurelia Weathers and it fixed the issue. Good thing it works well with this enb but still hoping for a fix with vivid weathers.
Ohhh niceee i'm looking forward to it. Chimera ENB plus Aurelia weathers is already good enough for me what more if your Aurelia preset is released. Thank you for your work!. EDIT: I used the Chimera - cinematic (less performance)(before the May 10 version).
That does look very unnatural. It's possibly one of the weather files. Do you remember it being rain/fog/snow? Also I recommend you switch to the newer version, it's much more improved. It's a bit more performance-intensive though, but you can always disable DepthofField and Lens from ini or GUI. Doing those should net you better performance than the older version, since heavy DoF always hits heavy.
You can troubleshoot this easily if you still wanna play with Vivid Weathers. When this happens, open up the Enb GUI (Shift+Enter) and toggle the 'weathers' tab on (the top-most segment of enbseries.ini window). This is the ini for the particular weather type. Read which .ini it is and (OvercastStorm.ini, VividFog.ini or some such) and I can take a look. It also tells you the current weather code, if you want to narrow the problem down even further.
This is absolutely gorgeous, with an awesome MCM. However, even on the lowest settings, I'm playing in complete slow motion and my game is running like trash with this. Uninstalled and my game is lightning fast, but I'm still having CTDs all over Falkreath whenever it rains. Your mod did solve the CTDs. But it was unplayable.
I always thought that Lovecraft ENB was the best performance ENB as well as having some of the finest looks I've seen thus far. Now I found a solid contender in the form of your ENB here. Great job man. Keep it up.

I have a question: is this ENB compatible with Creations Club's Vivid Weathers version?
Hey Man good day. Just wanna ask if do I still need to enable the AmbientOcclusion under effects when using the "subtle AO" settings? or no need?
Edit: I misread your question. Yes, you need to enable AO from there.

On a further note, I am making a performance enb for Aurelia at present :D
EDIT: I used the Chimera - cinematic (less performance)(before the May 10 version).
Anyway,

Endorsed.
