Is this still being worked on, or is it abandoned, like all the other size related mods out there?

Honestly, I cobbled this version together on a friend's computer after taking a good long look at Revylrie's notes (their version of Macromancy was the base for mine). In comparison to Macromancy 3, it's pretty feature-complete; out of all of the bugs they mentioned in their description (and a few they didn't), I crushed half while the other half would probably require either completely rewriting the scripts or somehow changing how Skyrim's scaling system works - neither of which I have the requisite skill for.

I am getting a new gaming rig in soon, and I'll be modding again once that happens. I might consider making mods with size-related stuff once I have more experience, but for the time being, Macromancy 3.5 probably won't be getting any updates unless I find something obvious and straightforward to fix.

I don't believe that NPCs' stats are altered in any way as a result of changing size. In the current release, the most reliable way to set an NPC's size to a specific value would be to use the console command "setav fame 0.6" (or 0.58 or somesuch) on them and poke them with the Give Size spell to let the game know that their apparent size needs to be updated.

what im looking for is a clean way to add a size change to a semi humourous spell i have cooked up
      the current spell
1 adds the target to a player owned faction
2 loots the target bare (sending the stuff to a hidden chest)
3 puts the target into one of 10 TUTU outfits

what i would like to do is add in shrinking the target to a small size without needing a bunch of code
so inside a script how do you set an actor value??
