Hello BreezyBuns, I love this all in one stuff, i use nexus skyrim overhaul plus alot of merge mods, the more stuff out there with lesser esps and lesser scripts the better!!! Please make more all in one stuff!!! and Thank You!!!
I do a lot of ports and merges of mods all the time! Right now I'm working on a merge of a lot of old Trainwiz mods, unfortunately Lorkhan and Pelinal don't like to behave so I have no idea when that will be finished. If you have and suggestions or requests there's a good chance I'll take it!
This is .... so sureal for me. I was just thinking two days ago. Wow maybe I should go get that mod. Then I see this while randomly browsing and find out the original author and his mods are gone. ... What can I say but perfect timing?
I'm unsure what issue is happening but I suspect there is an overlapping nif. The mod works perfectly in my own playtesting but that is with a very minimal loadorder so I will test to see if I can break things. If anyone else experiences the issue please respond so I can see if I can fix the problem.
The only problem is trying to add it to a Wyre Bash. When left out of the order for the Wyre it has no errors, and no LOOT problems. The game starts fine and the mod is great. It gives you some spread around chances for camping and ' sort of ' owning a home area. It's not OP IMO as each site does not have EVERYTHING for crafting etc. Zero problems with it in game in a massive load of mods. There is really no need to put it in a wyre anywho.
Good player home mod. I didn't have any issues with opening the mod with 7 Zip, If I had I would have tried Winrar.I have both because some mods have been uploaded to Nexus in either one. Thank You for sharing this will come in handy in my next play through when I am an escapee from Helgen.

edit it means that the game crashes on load :(
