February 7th, 2021 - it works like it should in my game. Albeit, I cheated a bit and used the "AddItemMenu" mod to add them to my inventory. I drop it, crouch down, hit "E", use the Enchanter then crouch back down to put it back into my inventory.
Nice old mod that comes in handy when you're out on the road. ;-)
Currently looking for some portable alchemy because I'm on a Witcher playthrough. But Field Alchemy seems more fitting for that than this, since I also want to use alchemy when using the "Sit Anywhere" mod, to basically make it like the Witcher meditaion. So I'd love to see a version of this mod with a very tiny table and a weight like mayb 5 (because I'm already playing with reduced weight through Requiem)
This did not work for me. I installed it via NMM and it installed ok, the .bsa and .esp is in the datafolder, NMM lists it in the plugin-list, the Skyrim launch-menu lists it in the Data files section. However it is nowhere to be found ingame. Not even via console. I tried the help function but there is no reference to either of the tables. And yes, I searched for both "pack", "enchant", "lab", "alchemy" and a dozen other words, but to no avail. It simply isn´t there.
Ohh and I run the latest Skyrim, SKSE and all DLC´s.
Edit: Hey! While you may not be able to find them in shops, you can add them from the console commands. To get each item's code, type either help "arcane enchanter" or help "alchemy lab". The ones your looking for have the word "pack" next to them. Get those codes and use the console command to add an item. In case you don't know, it's:
player.additem <Item ID> <# you want>
Just remember to not use the <'s when you type. Great mod, just needs a little tweaking to find them in shops!
This is an excellent idea but I cannot find them. I suggest keeping the weight heavy -- it's more fun and realistic as craftable alchemy/enchantment tables that you cannot run everywhere with and that you need to place somewhere semi-permanently. Along with the craftable storage units mod, and portable bedroll mod, and become your own merchant mod, we are getting close to being able to claim any space and set up a base for ourselves (a la Minecraft! ). All we need is to have this enchantment table debugged, along with some craftable dressers, fire/cooking place, bed, tables, etc. and we're in business!
This mod sure needs an update, better use the small image version of alchemy and enchant table that exist out in the game. the weight is ok since its a huge advantage to use this itens on the fields, but in my opinion is not cheat, it´s only time waste reduction!
I can find em at the scroll merchants, but when I drop it to activate in sneak, it won't activate, it says take whether I am in sneak mode or not. I would love to be able to use these Please help.
